People Manager, HR​/Recruitment

People Manager role in Cornwall. Fixed term until March 2027, salary £36‑40k. Site based in Truro; 1 day remote; travel within county required.

• Deliver people strategy for With You Cornwall staff.
• Support regional strategic people plans and coaching for managers.
• Lead projects: investigations, disciplinary compliance, HR training, staff survey improvements.
• Champion inclusive culture and reduce sickness levels.

• Chartered CIPD membership or senior people management experience.
• Expert HR knowledge (employment law, TUPE, complex employee relations).
• Standalone HR professional experience.
• Influence senior stakeholders, trusted leadership skills.
• Track record in managing and delivering multiple HR projects.
• Work independently, drive change and adapt approach.
• Travel flexibility within the region.
