Salary: £27,500 - £40,000 DOE + up to 30% uncapped commission, no threshold

Based in beautiful Cornwall, Tank is an award‑winning, fast‑growing specialist Technology & Engineering recruitment agency. We're expanding and looking for ambitious, experienced recruiters at every level, from rising consultants to established top billers, to join our team.

• Earning potential: £27.5k-£40k base + up to 30% uncapped commission. No threshold – you earn on everything you bring in.

You’ll run a 360 desk in a high‑demand Tech & Engineering market.

• Identify, map, and win new business in your specialist sector.
• Build lasting client relationships and source top‑tier engineering and IT talent.
• Share knowledge and support junior consultants as the team grows.
• Represent Tank at industry events and online.

• Experience:
  
  An established 360 Recruitment Consultant, whether that’s a year or two in, or a proven senior biller, with a track record in any fast‑paced sector:
  Professional Services, Construction, Finance, Commercial, Education or Healthcare.
• Switching sectors: A Tech or Engineering background is a bonus, not a requirement. We care about your fundamental recruitment capability; if you know how to win business and manage a 360 process, our award‑winning training will bridge the gap on the technical side.
• Drive:
  Self‑motivated, ambitious and ready to take genuine ownership of your desk.
• Logistics:
  Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
