Tank Recruitment in Truro, Cornwall, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant – Technology & Engineering to run a 360 desk in a high-demand market. You will identify and win new business, build long-lasting client relationships, and source top engineering and IT talent while mentoring junior consultants.
We offer a competitive base salary (£27.5k–£40k DOE) with up to 30% uncapped commission, plus perks like an annual all-expenses-paid trip, quarterly lunch clubs, and a birthday off.
