Essential Employment is seeking an Interim Head of Waste to lead the Waste Service, directly managing 3 Group Leaders and 38 employees. You will be a visible senior leader and a member of the Senior Leadership Team for Regulatory Services.
You will deliver the Waste & Resources Strategy, oversee contracts and budgets (circa £95m), drive delivery of key projects, manage stakeholders, and ensure statutory compliance and environmental objectives.
