Kernow Health CIC is recruiting an Operational Team Lead (Relief) for Cornwall 111 Control Centre. The role guides day-to-day delivery, supervises staff and manages urgent care demand to meet KPIs. The work pattern includes OTL and CN shifts with a structured on-call relief commitment.
The position offers a 20-hour weekly contracted pattern, with a retainer during relief weeks and pay for extra hours. This is a frontline leadership role in a busy urgent care service across Cornwall.
