Assistant Roaster: Craft in Coffee Production

Origin is seeking an Assistant Roaster to support daily roasting, weigh, load, and packaging coffee, and assist with data logging and QC. You'll work closely with roasters to learn the craft and contribute to flavour consistency.
This hands-on role suits someone practical, keen to develop roasting skills, with comfort in a fast-paced production environment and a proactive approach to safety and quality. Physical lifting up to 20 kg is expected.
