Premier Christian Communications Ltd is looking for a Local Ministry Development Lead to foster and manage lay ministry across Cornwall. This is a unique part-time role (28 hours per week) that offers the chance to shape the future of ministry while working closely with clergy and lay leaders.
The role emphasizes training and supporting local lay ministry as well as being committed to fostering inclusive and intergenerational leadership. The position includes benefits like up to 26 days of annual leave and flexible working options.
