General Practice Nurse

Carnon Downs Surgery is restructuring our nursing team following the departure of our lead nurse. We are welcoming applications from individuals with experience and skills in long term condition management, particularly Diabetes and Chronic Heart Disease . As we are losing the leadership element of our team we would also be looking for candidates who have either management experience or the capability to develop into this role.

We would consider either a full-time replacement or a combination of two part time roles to cover the key responsibilities required with one taking the leadership element.

We are looking for the right candidate(s) to deliver a range of nursing and leadership responsibilities including long term condition management and the full range of general practice treatment room skills. Ideally the post holder will also be skilled in Cytology.
