Senior Surveyor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Surveyoror Director at DM Hall, located in Cornwall. As a key member of our South-West team,you will undertake property inspections of high value residential property in some of Cornwall’s most spectacular locations, and also undertake a range of commercial property work. The ability to undertake residential and/or commercial valuations or a willingness to be involved in expert witness work would also be of interest.

Additionally, you will contribute to business development, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

• Professional qualifications and experience as a chartered surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) with a strong understanding of RICS standards.
• Proficiency in inspection processes for residential and commercial properties.
• Excellent client relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail capabilities.
• Familiarity with the South-West property market and surrounding areas.
• Proficiency in relevant property software systems and IT tools.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
