Beach Baker Property Recruitment is seeking a Rural Surveyor to join a Cornish estate near Truro, managing diverse tenancies and valuing property across agricultural, residential and commercial interests.
You will report to the Land and Property Director, drive development opportunities, renewable energy projects, and environmental land management, with a 35-hour week and a salary £35k-£50k plus car allowance and accommodation.
