As an Assistant Bakery Manager, you will:

• Lead on shifts to support your Team in delivering outstanding service
• Train and coach our team to Brand Standards
• Make the World’s Best Coffee
• Prepare Award Winning Food

• Assist in embedding the ‘High End Bakery’ mindset within the team
