Studio Assistant

An exciting opportunity is available at our Truro studio for a Studio Assistant. This position is for a 5-hour shift every Sunday, with additional hours available to cover holidays and staff absence.

As a Studio Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the studio by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and assisting with sales and stock replenishment. You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager and team to ensure the studio is welcoming, safe and operating smoothly at all times.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety within the studio
• Assist with sales, stock replenishment, and merchandising
• Support the Studio Manager and team to ensure daily operations run smoothly

Essential

• Previous customer-facing experience
• English GCSE or equivalent qualification / demonstrable communication skills
• Experience working towards a goal or target, demonstrated through previous roles or education
• Ability to attend mandatory training
• Examples of good time management
• Motivation to succeed and take on new challenges

Desirable

• Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Experience or interest in the health and beauty industry
• Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness

• £12.75 per hour with uncapped commission – age thresholds not applicable, all staff are compensated the same way
