We’re excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team at Vertu Volvo Truro

This role comes with a £25,000 basic salary and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission
, with realistic earnings well in excess of our £48,000 on‑target level

. While you’ll be in most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), you’ll enjoy a guaranteed weekday off
, and with the dealership closed every Sunday

The Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a premium, end‑to‑end customer experience
. From first enquiry to vehicle handover, you’ll guide customers through a smooth and enjoyable car‑buying journey, building trust, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
You’ll receive full training and a comprehensive onboarding programme
, giving you the tools, confidence and support needed to maximise your performance and earning potential. You’ll be proud to represent a prestigious Volvo brand known for quality, safety and innovation, while working within a supportive, high‑performing team.
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of a rota
- A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
- 25 days holiday, rising to 29 days with length of service, plus bank holidays
