Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location:

Truro, Cornwall | Salary: £25,000 base + uncapped commission | OTE: £30-35,000+ in first year

We're on the lookout for ambitious, driven individuals who want to get into the world of 360 recruitment! 6-12+ months sales experience or 180 recruitment is desirable but not essential, progression in other industries such as hospitality are also encouraged to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

Full 360 recruitment, from business development to candidate management on a permanent or contract basis
Growing your niche market within engineering, or technology
Building trusted partnerships with clients and candidates
Working towards clear targets
