What You’ll Be DoingAs a Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and maximising profitability through the sale of finance, insurance and add-on products.
Key Responsibilities Include- Building and presenting tailored finance packages to customers
- Ensuring full compliance with FCA and insurance regulations
- Supporting the sales team through the Active Sales process
- Driving performance against departmental targets
- Maximising sales of finance, warranty, GAP, paint protection and insurance products
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the purchase journey
- Supporting both new and used vehicle sales
- Previous experience as a Business Manager / Transaction Manager / Sales Manager within automotive (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and compliance
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate and close deals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, target-driven attitude with the ability to perform under pressure
- A full UK driving licence
