Multi-Trade Plumber

Job Description:

A secure and permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to join a well-established maintenance contractor based here in central Cornwall. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to work within a growing team with in a company that prides them self in delivering their works directly, in preference of sub contracting the works out. The company carries out a mixture of both planned and responsive repairs.

This particular role will include working with in the planned works department.

As part of the Capital Works/Planned Maintenance team, you will be involved in a variety of projects, including:

• Full bathroom replacements

• Disabled adaptations, including wetroom installations

• General plumbing works in occupied properties

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out plumbing and related multi-trade works in both domestic and commercial properties

• Ensure high-quality workmanship in bathroom replacements and wetroom installations

• Work within a team to complete planned and responsive maintenance

• Maintain a professional approach when working in occupied properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents

• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company procedures

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in working in occupied properties is critical

• Proven experience in multi-trade plumbing (including wetroom and bathroom installations)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Own van is preferred for the initial 12 weeks (not essential)

• Full UK driving license
