Experienced Drivers:
If you’ve worked as a professional driver (e.g. taxi, delivery, or bus driving), your skills are highly transferable to this role. However, it’s crucial to understand that this is not just a driving job - it’s a care position with a strong focus on safeguarding and supporting patients. Full UK Manual Driving Licence:
Must have held your license for at least 3 years, with no more than 3 DVLA points. Caring Attitude: A genuine desire to care for others is essential. This role involves supporting patients who may be vulnerable, so empathy and patience are key. Communication

Strong communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with patients, ensuring they feel supported and comfortable during their journey. Physical Fitness:
