Treasury and Cash Management Manager

Lead cash forecasting and liquidity planning as Treasury and Cash Management Manager at The Inland Group of Companies in Truro, Nova Scotia.
Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this manager leads day-to-day treasury operations across a multi-entity, multi-currency environment. The work covers payment execution, treasury reporting, banking relationships, working capital initiatives, and process improvement. You will also develop the Treasury Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and daily treasury operations
Monitor cash positions, trends, and liquidity needs
Oversee domestic, intercompany, and multi-currency cash movements
Coordinate payment execution under policies and internal controls
Improve treasury processes, visibility, forecasting accuracy, and governance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or related field
Minimum five years’ progressive treasury, finance, or cash management experience
Experience developing forecasts and liquidity plans in multi-currency environments
Strong treasury operations, banking, payment, controls, and reporting knowledge
Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and Excel skills
