Position: Christmas Kettle Coordinator Needed

In this short-term role, you will coordinate Christmas Kettle locations including shopping malls and retail stores. You will manage a team of campaign workers and ensure all Kettle operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities include training staff, scheduling shifts, and collecting donations, aiming to bring hope and support to those in need during the holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Kettle Campaign Workers at various sites

• Ensure timely delivery and collection of donation kettles

• Communicate donation needs and issues with management

• Orient staff and manage shift schedules

• Maintain security and proper literature at kettle locations

Requirements:

• At least one year in customer service

• Experience in money handling and administration

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Valid Driver’s License and insurance

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
