In this pivotal role, you will assist with leading Health and Beauty operations, including Pharmacy, Over the Counter, and Cosmetics. You'll provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues. Additionally, you will facilitate team communication, review schedules, and conduct daily huddles to align on goals and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote products and assist customers with purchases
• Delegate and review completion of daily tasks
• Assess department presentation and execute merchandising changes
• Lead daily Team Huddles to set goals
• Identify training opportunities for associates
Requirements:
• Experience in retail or customer service environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to train and develop team members
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness in the workplace
• Adaptability to changing workloads and tasks
