Elevate submarine operations as a Subject Matter Expert in the Royal Canadian Navy. This full-time position is your chance to ensure effective training solutions across various environments.

As a Submarine Technical Training SME, you will contribute critical expertise to the Training Systems Integration team. You'll guide engineering disciplines, from propulsion and power generation to damage control and platform survivability. Key responsibilities include designing training architectures, analyzing systems tasks, and validating training systems while working collaboratively with multiple teams, both onsite and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Crewing and Occupational Roles Analysis for the Canadian Patrol Submarine Project

• Lead training needs analysis for submarine engineering roles

• Define simulation fidelity requirements for training scenarios

• Prepare and execute naval training systems across environments

• Test and validate training systems to ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Extensive operational experience in the RCN submarine service

• Expertise in submarine systems engineering and operations

• Strong skills in training needs analysis and solution development

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems

• Ability to maintain security clearance requirements
