Position: Senior Solutions Engineer for Customer Success
Lead customer engagement as a Senior Solutions Engineer focusing on tailored product demonstrations. Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions that address market needs.

As a key figure in our Go-to-Market team, you will conduct hands-on technical demonstrations while collaborating with Account Executives and Success Architects. Your ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions will make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Showcase tailored technical demos to potential customers

• Specialize in Salesforce and relevant marketing technologies

• Manage technical qualification and strategy for prospects

• Relay product feedback to Product and Engineering teams

• Analyze industry innovations and competitor strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree essential

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering

• Strong familiarity with Salesforce and automation tools

• Effective communicator with presentation expertise

• Ability to connect technical solutions to business challenges
