As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll report to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, focusing on budget preparations, forecasting, and robust financial insights. This role allows you to guide junior team members while working collaboratively across sales and operations to enhance profitability and business performance in a multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the annual budget process and input uploads

• Generate financial forecasts based on team insights

• Review financial outcomes, analyze budget variances

• Create advanced Excel models to bolster financial decisions

• Develop pricing models to evaluate profitability strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent

• Minimum five years in financial consulting or analysis

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and BI software

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
