Position: HR Generalist Role Management
Take charge as a Human Resources Generalist in Truro, focusing on operational HR programs and employee engagement. Manage recruitment and supportive HR processes effectively.

This exempt salaried position within Human Resources will see you coordinating essential HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations. You'll provide support for onboarding, performance management, and compliance with HR policies to create a productive work environment. Collaborating directly with supervisors and employees will be key to ensuring success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment and selection for various roles

• Facilitate effective onboarding and employee orientation

• Guide supervisors on attendance and employee documentation

• Respond to employee inquiries and manage investigations

• Analyze HR metrics and generate workforce reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar field

• 2-4 years of human resources experience in manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of HR regulations and practices

• Experience with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication and analytical capabilities
