The Human Resources Generalist coordinates daily HR programs for the Truro site and works alongside the HR Manager. Key tasks include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, assisting with employee relations, and executing attendance management strategies. This position also handles ongoing HRIS data management, ensuring compliance with policies alongside maintaining employee confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process for open positions

• Coordinate onboarding and support supervisors for new employees

• Serve as HR support for attendance and performance issues

• Conduct preliminary investigations to resolve employee concerns

• Maintain data integrity and support HR system administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field

• 2-4 years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing

• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices

• Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications

• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability
