This vital role requires managing preventive maintenance programs and overseeing a team of six experienced mechanics. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preventive maintenance and repair programs

• Maintain accurate records and regulatory documentation

• Ensure the maintenance shop is safe and organized

• Participate in budgeting and operational planning

Requirements:

• Five or more years in fleet operations

• At least two years in a leadership role
