In this continuing full-time position, you will report to the Assistant Facilities Manager while focusing on effective custodial services across the Truro Campus. Your daily tasks will revolve around ensuring facilities reflect high standards of cleanliness and safety, while also engaging in routine maintenance and setup for events. This position requires flexibility, including afternoon shifts and potential on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide custodial services ensuring campus cleanliness

• Perform routine maintenance and energy-conscious cleaning

• Conduct painting tasks and room rental setup

• Operate custodial machinery proficiently

• Uphold safety and operational standards consistently

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED willingness

• Minimum one year of cleaning experience

• Knowledge of custodial related equipment

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid NS driver's license preferred
