• Gather and analyze samples from production
• Conduct compliance tests and record results accurately
• Prepare, plate, and monitor samples in the lab
• Complete necessary documentation for product testing
• Conduct pre-operational checks, including surface swabbing
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields preferred
• Capable of following detailed procedures
• Effective communicator and collaborator
• Strong commitment to health and safety practices
• Previous experience in lab or food science preferred
