Become a vital part of the Nova Institute team as a female Security Guard. This position focuses on security and safety through routine patrols and incident reporting.

Nova Institute is looking for a Security Guard, designated for female applicants. You will ensure the protection of personnel and property while adhering to policies and procedures. Your ability to remain alert, exercise sound judgment, and communicate effectively will be key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Protect confidential information and assets

• Conduct patrols both indoors and outdoors

• Report operational updates to the Site Supervisor

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment

• Perform access control and emergency response duties

Requirements:

• Female candidates must be at least 19 years old

• Able to pass a criminal record check

• Strong communication skills in English, bilingualism preferred

• First Aid certification is mandatory

• Completion of the Commissionaires Security Officer Course
