* We have clinics in both Trussville and Leeds, and we have positions available at each location. We are searching for a motivated pediatric speech pathologist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. Divergent Therapy Services is committed to providing excellent patient care to our clients as well as supporting our therapists. We offer competitive pay, CEU credit, PTO, and more for full-time employees.
We have a heavily pediatric caseload with the option to work with adults as well (primarily voice, aphasia, and dementia).
* Responsibilities
* - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to patients with communication disorders
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Provide caregiver education
* Qualifications
* - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure or eligibility for state licensure
- Pediatric experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Base Pay: $31.00 - $42.00 per hour
