OverviewThe Production Assembler uses hand and power tools to assemble fire extinguisher parts and packs according to specifications. The position works 6:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays.
Responsibilities- Utilize hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment, including tools.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by complying with company safety rules, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate manual dexterity to precisely assemble parts on a fast‑paced production line.
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, EHS, job procedures, JSA’s, and applicable paperwork.

- At least eighteen (18) years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Able to pass a post‑offer drug test, background check, and fitness review.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and self‑motivation.
- Willing to train, work, and rotate through all department work stations and other departments as needed.
- Capable of working in seasonal high temperatures and humidity in a conditioned air environment.
- Frequent lifting of materials and product up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of standing, walking, and performing light physical labor uninterrupted for up to three (3) hour intervals.
- Frequently bend, stoop, push, and reach during the shift.
- Frequently stand, walk, climb ladders, and reach with hands and arms.
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Occasionally required to sit, climb, and balance.
