The pay for this position is $18.00/hour + Tips + Bonus.

• Train and coach Crew Members and Shift Leaders.
• Direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in product prep and delivery, customer relations, maintenance, inventory, and team management.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and team performance.
• Implement and monitor Secret Shopper bonus plan.
