Compensation:
Competitive — Dependent on Experience (DOE)
Schedule:
Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We’re a growing, well‑established company seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to support leadership and day‑to‑day operations. This role is critical to keeping the business running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do- Provide direct administrative support to executives and leadership
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate priorities
- Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) functions
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and financial tracking
- Create, manage, and follow up on work orders
- Coordinate scheduling with internal teams and external vendors
- Track tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Serve as a reliable point of contact to keep operations moving efficiently

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Hands‑on experience with AP/AR and basic bookkeeping
- Strong calendar management and scheduling skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
- Experience supporting executives or ownership
- Familiarity with accounting or bookkeeping software
- Experience creating and managing work orders
- Background in operations, construction, manufacturing, or professional services environments
