Executive Assistant

Compensation:
Competitive — Dependent on Experience (DOE)

Schedule:

Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

This role is critical to keeping the business running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct administrative support to executives and leadership
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate priorities
  • Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) functions
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks and financial tracking
  • Create, manage, and follow up on work orders
  • Coordinate scheduling with internal teams and external vendors
  • Track tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact to keep operations moving efficiently

Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Hands‑on experience with AP/AR and basic bookkeeping
  • Strong calendar management and scheduling skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting executives or ownership
  • Familiarity with accounting or bookkeeping software
  • Experience creating and managing work orders
  • Background in operations, construction, manufacturing, or professional services environments
