The impact you’ll make

Join Lam as a Lead Operations Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in increasing operational effectiveness and efficiency of the Planning Organization by employing analytical methodologies to identify patterns, trends, and outliers in data that will guide informed decision‑making and improve business strategies. You will be responsible for optimizing planning metrics in order to improve forecasting accuracy for supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics to enhance efficiency and output.

You’ll Do
  • Lead the collection, processing, analyzing, and interpretation of data to help provide strategic leadership and positively influence effective business strategies.
  • Responsible for driving effective operational scorecard reviews (L3) with functional Operation Analysts.
  • Responsible for generating and representing operational scorecards in executive operational reviews (L2).
  • PMO Lead – lead Systems Planning AOP and Executive-sponsored programs.
  • Functional lead for 8

    Ds.
  • Establish and sustain BKMs for analytic standards and compliance.
  • Develop the Operations Analyst team into next-generation leaders.

  • Can articulate simple, accurate conclusions from large amounts of data.
  • Can quickly build trust and establish rapport with all stakeholders and management levels.

Who We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8 years of related experience, Master’s degree with 6 years of experience, or PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience influencing stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast‑paced, global working environment.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and other analytics tools.

‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1‑2 days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
