- Serve as Engineer of Record on‑site development projects and stamp final deliverables
- Lead design of grading, stormwater, utilities, and roadway infrastructure
- Prepare technical drawings, reports, and permit submittals
- Coordinate with clients, agency reviewers, and internal teams throughout the project life cycle
- Mentor and review the work of EITs and junior engineers
- Conduct occasional site visits and attend client meetings as needed
- A licensed PE in Washington or Oregon (or able to obtain reciprocity quickly)
- A civil engineer with 5–10 years of experience in land development
- Proficient with Civil 3D or similar design tools
- Detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple active projects
- An effective communicator—both written and verbal
- Committed to delivering high‑quality work on time and on budget
- Familiarity with local agency design standards
- Experience mentoring junior staff
- Prior experience working on commercial, industrial, or mixed‑use developments
- Interest in business development or future project management
