As an RF Engineer at Lam, you play a crucial role in designing, building, and troubleshooting cutting‑edge radio frequency (RF) solutions for power delivery and plasma generation in our Etch and Deposition products. You specialize in utilizing RF as a power source and creating innovative generator designs, paving the way for new power sources to be used in Lam’s wafer fabrication equipment.

• Design RF circuits and systems for power delivery in semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and test prototype RF generators and related components.
• Collaborate with product development teams to integrate RF solutions into new product designs.
• Diagnose and resolve performance issues in existing RF systems.
• Maintain documentation of designs, test plans, and results.

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years of experience with a master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
