Job Title: Finance Manager
Start/End Dates: 2/2/2026 5/4/2026
Work Location: Tualatin, OR 97062
Hours: 8am 5pm, Monday Friday
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Assignment Duration: 3 months (possible extension and potential conversion to FTE)
Overview
The Finance Manager/Analyst will work closely with Finance Managers and Financial Analysts to support day-to-day operational and reporting tasks.
Pre-Screening Question
- Describe your proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including specific examples (formulas, pivot tables, building reports).
- Note:
Candidates may be asked Excel questions/quiz during the interview.
- Purchase Order & Invoice Coordination
- Assist in managing PO approvals.
- Maintain PO and invoice tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Excel-Based Reporting
- Update and maintain smart sheets and financial trackers in Excel.
- Compile savings reports and financial summaries.
- Prepare pivoted reports and financial data views for stakeholders.
- Financial Reconciliation
- Perform reconciliation tasks across accounts and cost centers.
- Support validation and clean-up of invoice data (non-stock related).
- Expense Management
- Act as first-line approver for expense reports.
- Ensure correct coding and flow of expenses for proper billing allocation.
- Ad Hoc Analysis & Support
- Assist Financial Analysts with ad hoc requests and analysis.
- Contribute to custom reports and special projects.
- Process Knowledge
- Demonstrate understanding of financial principles and workflows.
- Collaborate across teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in finance.
- Education: College graduate.
- Licenses/Certifications: Not required.
- Strong financial acumen in analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Confident presenter with ability to lead discussions and explain recommendations.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, procurement, and senior management.
- Business-oriented insight to connect financial metrics with operational impact.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excel (Intermediate to Advanced):
- Skilled with formulas.
- Experienced in creating/manipulating pivot tables.
