Regional Finance Director
Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 Base

Key Responsibilities for the Regional Finance Director:

Lead financial operations for three manufacturing facilities and oversee consolidated financial reporting
Direct budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial analysis activities
Partner with operations leadership to improve profitability and support business growth initiatives
Lead finance team development, mentoring, performance management, and succession planning
Support ERP implementation, reporting enhancements, and process improvement initiatives
Identify financial risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives across the region

Qualifications for the Regional Finance Director:

10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience with manufacturing leadership experience required
Multi-site manufacturing finance experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ERP systems
