- Collaborate with customer IT and data teams to ensure data availability and quality
- Support sales cycles with discovery workshops, solution presentations, and proposals
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Process Mining, Data Mining, BPM Consulting, or Process Intelligence roles
- Strong domain knowledge in core business areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, or Procurement
- Hands‑on experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or ARIS
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive‑facing presentation skills
- Experience in Fortune 500 or global enterprise environments
- Exposure to governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with automation ecosystems (RPA, workflow automation)
- Experience working within or alongside software sales teams
