This role blends consulting delivery, process intelligence solution expertise, and strategic sales support, helping organizations understand how work actually happens and how to transform their operations using data‑driven insights.

You must be credible with customers, energized by complex business problems, and capable of translating process intelligence into measurable business value.

At iGrafx You Will Process Intelligence Consulting
  • Lead discovery engagements to understand customer objectives, use cases, and operational challenges.
  • Translate real‑world business processes into insights using the iGrafx Process
360 Live platform, uncovering inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Guide customers through the Discover–Design–Optimize lifecycle, aligning solutions with KPIs and measurable outcomes.
  • Deliver advisory services on process design, governance, continuous improvement, automation fit assessment, and operational resilience.
  • Provide thought leadership on how process intelligence, modeling, simulation, risk, and controls come together to support enterprise transformation.
Data Readiness & Analysis (Requirements, Not Execution)
  • Define data extraction requirements for process mining (systems, fields, events, relationships, timestamps).
  • Collaborate with customer IT and data teams to ensure data availability, quality, and readiness.
  • Manage and analyze datasets once delivered, but not perform hands‑on ETL or data engineering work.
  • Interpret data patterns to identify root causes, correlations, and improvement opportunities.
Implementation Support
  • Apply your functional and technical understanding to support configuration, setup, and management of the Process
    360 Live process mining environment.
  • Assist clients and partners in establishing process repositories, simulations, KPI dashboards, and continuous monitoring frameworks.
  • Plan and deliver process mining and process intelligence training programs.
Sales & Pre‑Sales Support
  • Partner closely with Sales, Pre‑Sales, and Executive teams to shape deal strategy and solution design.
  • Support sales cycles with discovery workshops, solution presentations, scoping, and development of proposals or SOWs.
  • Lead or assist in proof‑of‑concept engagements that demonstrate value using real or sample data.
  • Provide industry and domain expertise that strengthens customer confidence during evaluations.
Account Growth & Innovation
  • Identify new use cases, expansion opportunities, and platform capabilities that drive customer maturity.
  • Contribute to customer success stories, frameworks, methodologies, and best practices that strengthen iGrafx’s market leadership.

  • Hands‑on experience implementing or analyzing process mining with tools such as Celonis, ARIS, Signavio, or similar.
  • Understanding of automation ecosystems (RPA, workflow automation, task mining) preferred.
  • Experience advising clients on improvement opportunities, automation use cases, or transformation roadmaps.
  • Basic understanding of SQL or other analytical languages (enough to interpret data, not to engineer it).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive‑facing presentation skills.

  • Exposure to governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working within or alongside software sales teams.
