Supply Chain Operations Manager

As a Supply Chain Business Manager, you will help drive delivery and supplier operational excellence within a global supply chain. This role is within the Supply Chain Commodity team and is instrumental in helping Supply Chain navigate through record ramps and other operational complexities. In this position, you will manage global factories and have responsibility for multiple suppliers within various commodities.

$45.00/hr - $65.25/hr

Tualatin, OR (Hybrid – 2–3 days remote). 12+ months contract.

• Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of materials through the production cycle to determine required materials purchases.
• Defines metrics and monitors supplier performance against these expectations to ensure continuous supplier improvement. Regularly evaluates quality and performance benchmarks, and the risks associated with the preferred supply base selection.
• Continuously works on process improvement to deploy & develop best known methods related to procurement, inventory control (e.g., JIT, Kanban, min/max) & manufacturing strategies.
• Establishes goals with suppliers to ensure material delivery meets forecasted demand.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related.
• Five (5) years of experience in managing global factories and various commodities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with scalable and repeatable results.
• Knowledge, experience and practical use of Microsoft Excel, SAP or other ERP systems.
