Monday-Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm

Monster Electrical supplies the world with fuses and medium-voltage switch gear, supporting critical infrastructure across industries. Our team plays an essential role in delivering reliable products to customers every day.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize inventory systems to locate and manage stock
- Clean, refurbish, and test products as required
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area
- Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately once every 5 weeks) supporting after-hours operational needs
- Respond to on-call requests as needed, typically within 1-2 hours of notification
- Support cross-training efforts across multiple warehouse functions
- Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned
- Scheduled approximately once every 5 weeks
- Runs from Monday afternoon through the following Monday morning
- Guaranteed $175 on-call stipend per rotation, regardless of call activity
- Additional $175 per call-in event, if required
- On-call events typically occur 0-1 times per week on average
- All time worked during call-ins is paid in addition to stipend
- Detail oriented
- Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Familiarity with basic workshop tools
- Valid driver's license required
- Frequent standing and walking
- Repetitive hand motion
- Occasional lifting as required for warehouse operations
The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $21.00 per hour.
Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
