Job Overview

This Assistant Manager position comes with the potential for promotion to General Manager in the future. Fishing experience and knowledge is a plus.

• Assist managing day-to-day operations, while making sure the company has everything it needs to operate.
• The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the GM in managing all employees at Fish-Field. With this responsibility, they will shape the work environment into a positive and productive place, clearly setting forth the vision of the company.
• Creating strategies and allocating resources to achieve company goals.
• Train and develop staff. Be a mentor and communicate the company's goals to employees.
• Build on the success of the company by bringing in fresh strategies and ideas.
• Maintain business data including inventory, sales, and customers.
• Assist in setting, practicing, and managing all workplace policies.
• Work with warehouse associates to maintain inventory and order accuracy and oversee both inbound and outbound processes.
