• Assist in daily operations of the blasting department, ensuring quality of products and coordinating department operations to meet production needs.
• Hang/remove parts from the line.
• Inspect and approve products staged for movement to the next department.
• Enter and track all incoming and outgoing product through the blast department system.
• Route correct production to each workstation.
• Use mechanical, electrical, and pressurized equipment to blast parts, meet production levels, and troubleshoot simple repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑kept department.
• Ensure overall department production is efficient, safe, and of quality.
• Perform other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as needed.

• Sharp parts, sharp tooling, heavy carts, occasional hot and cold temperature/humidity levels, heat from ovens, moderate noise levels, limited hand and air tool use, compressed air.
• Must be able to lift 30‑50 lbs unassisted.
• Exposure to various chemicals used in the process.
• Must be able to repetitively bend, lift, kneel, twist, stand for 8‑10 hours a day, and push/pull wheeled carts.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
