Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assembler to support the installation of parts and hardware on wafer fabrication equipment in a fast-paced, clean-room manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to read computer-based work instructions, use hand tools and fixtures, and follow detailed procedures while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble wafer fabrication equipment using hand tools, torque wrenches, fixtures, and related equipment.
• Navigate and follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and Cell Fusion procedures.
• Verify part accuracy and perform visual inspections prior to installation.

Required Qualifications

• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience, preferably in a clean-room or high-tech environment.
• Proficiency using hand tools, torque wrenches, fixtures, and manual equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, schematics, and computer-based data systems.
• Ability to manually lift up to 35 lbs and perform kneeling, crouching, squatting, and reaching tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Lean manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with wafer fabrication equipment assembly.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

• Day Shifts (End Days – $22/hr)
• Shift 1:
  Sunday–Tuesday + Every Other Wednesday 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Shift 2:
  Thursday–Saturday + Every Other Wednesday 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Night Shifts (End Nights – $25.50/hr)
• Shift 3:
  Sunday–Tuesday + Every Other Saturday 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• Shift 4:
  Wednesday–Friday + Every Other Saturday 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• Bi-Weekly pay and eligibility for standard benefits offered to contract employees.
