Schedule: Days (Sun-Tue/Wed 7am-7pm) •
Pay Rate: $27-$29 Hourly, DOE •
Location: Tualatin, OR (Local Candidates Only) •
Position Type: Full Time •

- Investigate and escalate alarms and issues to system owners.
- Manage Gas & Chemical tape inventory, schedule PMs using Tririga, and perform changes.
- Provide feedback to system owners for tape inventory and usage forecasts.
- Support FLSS panel watch as requested.
- Utilize existing building management systems (FMS/UCS) to interface with gas & chemical systems for data trending and alarm management.
- Monitor systems daily via UCS/FMS.
- Acknowledge alarms as required.
- Respond to alarms promptly.
- Review system alarm setpoints and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Provide recommendations to reduce system alarms.
- Ability to investigate and elevate alarms and issues to system owners.
- Experience managing Gas & Chemical tape inventory, scheduling PMs with Tririga, and performing changes.
- Capability to provide feedback for inventory and usage forecasts.
- Familiarity with FLSS panel watch procedures.
- Knowledge of Facilities Monitoring System (FMS) and Unified Control System (UCS).
- Skill in using building management systems for data trending and alarm management.
- Competence in daily system monitoring and alarm acknowledgment.
- Ability to respond to alarms and recommend setpoint adjustments.
- Analytical skills to propose options for reducing system alarms.
Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, and be able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
