• Hangs/removes parts from the line
• Inspects and approves products staged for movement to next department
• Enters and moves all incoming and outgoing product, via tracking system, through blast department
• Routes correct production to each work station
• Has sufficient knowledge of all mechanical, electrical, and pressurized equipment to blast parts to meet production levels and troubleshoot simple repairs
• Maintains a clean, organized, and well‑kept department
• Ensures department as a whole produces a quality product in an efficient and safe manner
• Performs other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as needed

• Sharp parts, sharp tooling, heavy carts, occasional hot and cold temperature and humidity levels, heat from ovens, moderate noise levels, limited hand and air tool use, compressed air
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs. unassisted
• Various chemicals used in process
• Must be able to repetitively bend, lift, kneel, and twist
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day along with the ability of pushing and pulling wheeled carts
