SALARY:
Starting at $19.00 per hour
LOCATION:
TUALATIN, OR
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PMWHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE:
Four-Day Workweek:
Enjoy a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule with three-day weekends.
Hands-On Work:
Operate powder coating equipment and work directly with manufactured products.
Established Manufacturer:
Join a company producing high-quality precision components.
Variety of Responsibilities:
Handle equipment operation, quality inspections, and routine maintenance.
Opportunity to Grow:
Build additional manufacturing skills in a production environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Set up, operate, and maintain powder coating equipment and paint booth systems.
Prepare, load, and unload parts on the paint line.
Inspect parts for coating defects and ensure finished products meet quality standards.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and report production or quality concerns.
Track completed production counts and prepare finished parts for assembly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following established safety procedures.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience operating industrial painting or powder coating equipment preferred.
Ability to read and follow work orders and instructions in English.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
Ability to work efficiently, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a team environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Regularly lift up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and handle production materials.
