Core Responsibilities- Manage the operation of CNC screw machinery
- Observe machine performance to proactively detect and resolve potential tooling or processing errors
- Execute necessary tool adjustments and handle routine machine configurations
- Ensure production runs meet our established quality benchmarks
- Verify the accuracy of completed parts by utilizing precision inspection tools
- Collaborate with colleagues to share status updates and address operational challenges
- Promote a productive shop floor by keeping machinery and work spaces clean and orderly
- Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all established protocols
- Minimum of one to two years of hands-on experience with CNC screw machines
- Relevant technical training or equivalent professional background
- Solid grasp of core machining principles
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Familiarity with Swiss-style screw machine operations is highly valued
- Help drive efficiency by applying lean manufacturing principles
- Capacity to remain standing for the duration of your shift
- Regularly perform movements such as bending, kneeling, reaching, and stooping
- Capability to lift weights of up to 50 lbs
- Comfort working within a standard industrial manufacturing setting
